Our clients are both nationally and locally based and we are maintained on the approved appraiser list of many government agencies, mortgage companies, banks, trust departments, relocation companies and each appraiser is independently approved on the WSDOT approved appraiser list. Our clients include banks, federal, state, county and city governmental agencies, attorneys, local school districts, corporations, and individuals. Senior appraisers at our firm have 20 to 30+ years of experience in commercial appraising and consulting. They are State-certified General Real Estate Appraisers, with two of the appraisers carrying the MAI designation. Their combined appraisal experience spans all types of improved and unimproved property throughout the state of Washington, as well as periodically in other states in the Pacific Northwest.
