The firm has set aside a special working group tasked with meeting the challenge of handling hundreds of lien conferences during each of these lien mass lien settings in October. We have already begun the process of preparing your cases now so that when October arrives, we will be able to allocate needed resources from all GMK offices throughout the state to handle these appearances with the goal of seeking resolution of as many outstanding lien claims as possible and setting the remainder for trial as necessary. To that end GMK is able to prepare special evidence packets for each lien conference that will include proof of service of the medical file, UR and EOBs available for each lien claimant, pre-prepared notices of intention to dismiss, lien stipulations for resolution, and pretrial conference statements for those matters that need to be set over for trial.
