The purpose of this is that we can then convert your currency into Chinese RMB. In order to get the best prices from the factories, payment in RMB is essential to their business. We also have... an export license from China which allows us to pay the vendor and receive rebates on the 17% VAT charges, saving our clients money from their existing sources. We apply strict quality control methods in compliance with our customer's requirements. Many of our customers have different specifications, which we accommodate. The vendors ship their orders to our facility where we do quality inspections on the whole order, not just random selections. Once the orders have been received and the quality is approved, we then pay the vendors. If we are short on the original quantities ordered, the responsibility is on the factory to rush the balance if they are to receive payment. We have several business models that we can utilize when setting up for your business. Our first model is the traditional sourcing office which allows us to locate factories and incorporate your order with our buying power and simply quote you on purchases. Our second model allows you to have a specific team on site to manage your business. With a monthly office fee, we can provide you will full staffing, receiving the exact pricing from all of the vendors and we manage the staff, address any issues, make changes if needed and simply bill you for the help and the office expenses incurred.
