Founded in early 1994, GOLDEN MAYA INDUSTRIES SDN BHD was originally a metal cubicle board manufacturer/fabricator; producing and tailored made board both for local switchboards manufacturer and for export. With the admission of both Mr. LEE KOUK BOON and Mr. GIOK CHUNG KIT, the two energetic and idealistic entrepreneurs joined the company in year... 1995, the company first procured the required license from the Authorities as a licensed switchboard maker. As a result of the entrepreneurship of the two young men, the annual turnover of the company leap from a humble figure of RM300,000-00 to average of RM8.0 million from year 1996 to 2002. The extend of the business stretches from Johore to several states in west Malaysia as far as Wilayah. In line with the market trend, the company is embarking on an "automation" era; with the introduction of more sophisticated machineries to replace the manual systems. The use of 'welding' has been reduced to the minimum with the instruction of 'modular' forms of fabrication.
