Grading was then carried out at the markets in Wellington Street, West Perth, as well as Fremantle, Bunbury, Narrogin, Geraldton, Albany, Northam and Kalgoorlie. Eventually over the years all other depots were closed down and all eggs from the country were either graded on the farms or despatched to Perth. The company employ approximately 150 West Australians who are trained in various technologies and production systems. Staff are encouraged to become multi-skilled in various jobs applicable to their location and are given training to achieve this.
