Golden Construction

We are becoming a great contracting company in Southern California by living out our mission and the following values every day. Lasting relationships are the lifeblood of our business therefore we want our clients to feel that our team is even more committed to the effort than their own staff. Golden Construction is a business based on trust and t... hat trust is built through our actions that represent our honesty, quality and our dedication to our clients. We recognize our primary asset is people. To be successful, we must be a rewarding place to work. We must also work together, sharing a common purpose, a common culture and common goals. Mutual respect provides the foundation for our success. We genuinely care for and support, not only those whom we build for but also those with whom we work with daily. Both as individuals and as a team we are constantly looking to improve upon how we work each and every day. We see areas needing improvement and we seek the solutions and education to be better. We don't say, "It's not my fault," or "It's not my job." We take responsibility for meeting our commitments as a company and we take ownership of the results. We make a difference! We feel rewarded personally, and as a team, because what we do in our jobs is consistent with our goals and dreams. We know construction is hard work; but even hard work can be fun. We take our jobs seriously, however we feel a fun environment delivers better quality for our clients while creating a better work environment for those around us.Read More
