About Gold Mining Centre
The Gold Mining Centre was first established by Don and Felice Cooper in June 1981 representing Garrett Metal Detectors. Due to illness, Don sold the business. We became involved with the new owners by doing repairs for them on all brands of metal detectors. In 1991, the business was again put on the market for sale, and we purchased it. During 22 years of loyal service with Garrett Metal Detectors, we have been involved with the Australian importing, distributing and repairs of all their equipment. We have also been involved with the numerous upgrades and recommendations that have been implemented in their detectors. Also, we have been their Australian field tester on most of their products during this period. The Garrett AT Gold was the last unit that we were involved in testing and modifying.Explore more
