We have to know the exact skills required for a particular role, as well as the personal qualities needed to operate effectively in very specific working environments, varying from army bases to off shore platforms. We are extremely selective about the recruitment consultants we employ and being good communicators alone is not enough. Each consultant must have a detailed understanding of the industry in which they are working and we ensure that this is the case.
