Goenka Group

Established in the year 1963, Goenka Group was started with Arun Enterprises as a trading firm of spices and gradually we expanded into manufacturing of oil with Kamala Oil Mill. Over the years Goenka Group has grown to be a large business house, by diversifying its portfolio in the various sectors of the economy such as Steel, Food, Infrastructure... and Telecommunications. The group currently has two manufacturing units, Arun Agro Ind. (P) Ltd. and Everest Rolling Ind. (P) Ltd. The trading portfolio of the group consists of Himchuli International and Goenka Infotech for Rice and Mobile Phone sets, respectively. We import goods from India, China, Malaysia and Singapore. In 2016-17, the revenue of all Goenka companies taken together was approx. $25 million. These companies collectively employ over 400 skilled and unskilled labour and 50 administrative staff. Our whole setup is based in Bhairahawa, Nepal. We also have a corporate office in Kathmandu, Nepal.
