Globe Machines Pty Ltd have been designing and manufacturing machinery for 30 years, predominantly for the concrete roof tile industry. Our association with the Vortex Hydra group also allows us to offer expertise in the whole concrete products manufacturing industry. Production of concrete roof tiles is a high speed process where the machinery has to operate in a very harsh environment, and because of the experience gained by our mechanical and electrical design engineers through years of involvement in this industry, we have been able to confidently expand into other areas of design and manufacture. We have supplied equipment and machines throughout Australia and New Zealand, and also to California, Arizona and Florida in the USA, South America, Mexico, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Philippines, New Caledonia, Japan and Africa. Our product range is extensive and covers tile production requirements from 2,000 pieces per day through to 7,200 pieces per hour. We offer multi-profile extruders, along with tile and rack handling systems to suit the various capacities, including automatic racking and curing. In addition, we offer colour slurry mixing and coating application equipment, together with tile top coat spray systems which can be either integrated with a new plant or adapted to suit existing tile plants. We also offer continuous concrete mixing systems and automatic tile stacking, packing and wrapping machines.
