Michael Law became President in 2012. As President, Mike focuses on strategic planning, new acquisitions, risk assessment, investment capitalization, and leasing for the closely held commercial real estate portfolio. Prior to Global Pacific, Mike worked for Real Capital Solutions, a local private real estate investment firm founded by Marcel Arsena... ult. Mike joined Real Capital in January of 2009 to execute Marcels strategic initiative of acquiring $200 million of distressed condominium and homebuilding opportunities in Florida, Arizona, Colorado and Nevada. Over three years, Mike underwrote and was involved in successfully acquired approximately $250 million in asset value. Most of the transactions ranged between pure fee simple acquisitions to complex restructuring of distressed debt, fractured condominium projects, distressed land and homebuilding deals and a host of joint venture structures. Mikes role was to identify new opportunities or new investment partners, underwrite and value the assets, assess risk and downside scenarios, and secure debt for each acquisition. Mike has a dual Juris Doctor and Masters in Real Estate Finance from the University of Denver. Jamie Hockady is Executive Vice President of Real Estate Management. Jamies expertise spans more than 30 years in Colorados commercial real estate industry, starting as a manager of Republic Plaza. In 1996, Jamie joined Global Pacific and today he oversees all day-to-day real estate management operations, including executing business plans and strategies, leasing, construction, property management, and asset management. Mike Tignanelli joined Global Pacific in 2019. He is responsible for economic research and strategic planning. Prior to joining Global Pacific, Mike was an Economist for Real Capital Solutions, Inc.
