Laura Polley is the Founder and President of Global Incentives and was formerly the President of Independent Film Financing. Prior to establishing Independent Film Financing in 1997, Laura Polley was Vice President of Paragon Financial Investments, a division of Paragon Entertainment. Through Paragon Financial, Polley successfully tax sheltered over 15 projects. Polley was also Vice President of Corporate Affairs for Paragon Entertainment and was responsible for successfully accessing government investments for Canadian content and treaty co-productions. Over her ten-year employment with Paragon Entertainment, Polley was involved in the financing of more than 25 film and television productions. Len Pendergast is Vice President of Global Incentives. For the past 7 years, Pendergast has managed Global Incentive's services to producers, ensuring that productions obtain the maximum tax credit in the quickest possible turnaround. Prior to joining Global Incentives, Pendergast was the Director of Tax Credits at the Ontario Media Development Corporation.
