During the 22 years that Gary and Ed operated Gillwoods Cafe they created a home for the locals and a destination point for the tourists. Gillwoods Cafe is committed to serving good, honest food. Although trends may change and culinary fashion... will come and go, you can be assured that we will continue the tradition of classic home-style dishes made with the finest and freshest ingredients available. In January 2013 Ed and Gary began thinking about retiring and soon after met Debbie and Jennifer Fradelizio, a friendly and energetic mother daughter team. The four developed a great rapport. On July 15, 2013 Gary and Ed agreed to sell their much loved business in St. Helena to Debbie and Jennifer. Ed and Gary felt confident that Debbie and Jennifer would continue to take care of and grow this well established and loved St. Helena business. Before owning Gillwoods Cafe, Debbie and Jennifer Fradelizio, served our community by owning and operating Silverado Brewing Company for 13 years. They are enthusiastic about the opportunity to continue to serve our community here at Gillwoods Cafe. Debbie and Jennifer are advocates of sustainable and healthy eating. They care about what you eat, it's not enough for them that the food at Gillwoods Cafe tastes great; they also want the ingredients to be as healthy as possible.
