Gillespies was started by John McLellan and Kelly Woods partners in business, life and parenting. Gillespies is a true to form family owned and operated business. As an official BC Craft Distillery, all of our products are made with the base of 100% BC grown grains and fruit. We make everything by hand in old fashioned methods and take great care to provide our clients with an exceptional product. All of our offerings see attention to detail in their manufacturing. From our handmade equipment by the distiller himself re-purposed from other industries, to hand rasped lemons to hand labelled bottles, everything is offered to our customers with focus and love.
