Environmental Impact Report services to prepare environmental reports and assessments are available for both the public and private sector clients. We also serve as an expert witness in civil engineering matters. We have been most successful in obtaining grants from the Rural Economic and Community Development Services (formerly FmHA), the Economic Development Administration, Housing and Urban Development Department and the Environmental Protective Agency at the Federal level as well as grants of State funds from the Department of Water Resources and Parks and Recreation. We have been involved with most projects from the time of conception through administration, design, construction, startup and operation and maintenance training.
