Gerwick & Associates, LLC provides high-quality registered dietitian consulting services throughout Kansas and Missouri. The company was founded by Clara Gerwick in 1964 and purchased by Carolyn Breeding, RD, LD, FADA in 2012. Cheryl Carson, MS, RD, LD is the Managing Partner. Carolyn Breeding, RD, LD, FADA has more than 30 years of consulting and... foodservice experience. She is a fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is affiliated with many other prominent professional foodservice organizations, including the Kentucky and Bluegrass Chapters of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. From 2001-2003, Carolyn served as the Chair of the Kentucky Board of Licensure and Certification for Dietitians and Nutritionists. From 2007-2008, she served as the Chair of the Consultant Dietitian Network. In 2008, Carolyn received the Medallion Award from the American Dietetic Association. She is a frequent nationwide speaker and presenter as well as a published writer and editor. As the owner of Dietary Consultants, Inc., Breeding & Associates Educational Resources, and Quality Provider Services, Inc., the majority owner of Gerwick & Associates, LLC, Gerwick Purchasing, LLC, and NAPA Healthcare Connections, LLC, and the co-owner of Food Service Management Solutions, LLC, Carolyn provides unparalleled leadership to ensure a quality experience for her clients. Cheryl Carson, MS, RD, LD, is the Managing Partner of Gerwick and Associates, LLC. She has been with the company since 1981. She began her career in high school as a menu hostess in a local hospital. Since then she has been a Consultant Dietitian, a Regional Director and Vice President of C.L. Gerwick and Associates and is now Managing Partner of Gerwick & Associates, LLC.
