Germantown Academy

Established in 1759. Welcome to Germantown Academy. GA is a non-sectarian, coeducational college preparatory school educating students from Pre-K to Grade 12. Founded in 1759, GA has more than 250 years of history, tradition, and outstanding academics. Germantown Academy not only prepares its students for college, it prepares them for life. Is your... child a scholar? An athlete. An artist. Maybe your child isn't old enough to know yet. GA's outstanding teachers develop life-changing relationships with their students, and these relationships provide an opportunity to seek out these talents and make them flourish. Germantown Academy provides an environment where a soccer player can star in the spring musical and a straight-A biology student can discover a passion for lacrosse and the oboe. Every child has a gift inside that is unique. Germantown Academy is an academic community that is a safe place to become one's self. In addition to exceptional academics, GA places its core values in trust, respect, and kindness. It is a community that works and lives together every day, bringing these values to life.
