George's Inc. is a fully integrated poultry company headquartered in Springdale, Arkansas. Founded in the late 1920s when C.L. George established a general store in Brush Creek, Arkansas, and began hauling live broiler chickens to larger markets throughout the Midwest, the company has evolved through four generations of family ownership and operation. C.L. George moved the operation to Springdale and formed Farmer's Produce Company with his sons Luther and Gene, and the business was later renamed George's Feed and Supply before becoming George's Inc. in 1973 under the leadership of Gene George.Explore more
