The Genisyst datacentre is located in Sydney's premier datacentre, Global Switch. Our own routers, servers and network connections are installed there. It provides all the facilities we and our business customers require. Our speciality is retaining customers long term by providing personal customer service and professional and helpful support. Amongst our small number of staff members we have over fifty years of experience in the computer industry. As well as lots of practical experience our highly qualified staff have university degrees in Physics, History and Computer Science, Bio-technology and Chemistry, and a TAFE Certificate IV in Networking. This wide range of knowledge, skills and experience is applied in the provision of high-quality service to each of our customers, tailored to their individual needs.
