It brings on board a rich experience borne out of a multitude of assignments ranging from Malls, Residential Complexes, Commercial Buildings, Hotels and Service Apartments to Development/ Civil Projects and Corporate Offices. The design team draws on several years of experience in the construction industry to create solutions that plan projects and implement technology in ways that enable new processes and allows the development process to adapt to business needs. The team has in its portfolio, a variety of assignments ranging from Hospitality projects to Hospitals, Institutions and Commercial works. Before we propose any solution, the first step is to thoroughly understand your needs, requirements, aspirations and constraints. We do this by a comprehensive information and data gathering via questionnaires, working sessions, visits to existing facilities. All meetings and visits are thoroughly documented and serve as a reference and checklist during the design and development stages. We understand the importance of communicating our design ideas to you. We acknowledge that drawings can only be an approximate visualization tool, but we try to bridge the gap between visualization and reality as much as possible by using computer generated renderings, samples and mood boards.
