Above all, we are a team of people. People who care about what they do, where they live and the difference they can help make for others. We choose to be here and love it. We are bright, experienced, and hard working. Many of us have practiced in urban centres but have returned because we believe that you don't have to be from the big city to have a big idea. We wanted our youth to have the opportunity to practice their craft to the highest level without having to live in the "big city. Our culture is strong and resilient but it is by no means finished.
