Lise Hebabi is an experienced organization development consultant and IAF-Certified Professional Facilitator® focusing on human dynamics in groups and organizations. She specializes in helping groups and organizations maximize their collaborative power at every stage of their development. Lise is passionate about helping groups engage in powerful dialogue that strengthens their individual and collective ability to succeed. Her experience and educational background make her particularly effective in helping groups navigate through sensitive issues where there are divergent points of view. Her clients have included federal, provincial and local governments; large and small non-profit organizations; and large multinational companies in the technology and financial sectors. Her educational credentials include a PhD in Human Development and a MA in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, a Professional Certificate in Conflict Management from the Sprott School of Business, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Ottawa. She is fluent in oral and written English and French.
