GemLevy is a 'boutique' custom homebuilder based in Vancouver BC. Together, we are Grant Malinowski (Gem) and Kirk Levy (Levy). Our collective years of experience in the home building industry revealed a passion for working with clients who value quality home construction. In 2007, we set out to do just that. We are good listeners, inventive problem solvers and most importantly our success is based on patient collaboration with all those involved in our projects. When our client came up with the idea of cementing the word 'knowledge' into to her landscape stonework, it created a visual narrative that summed up our hard work. We believe knowledge is infinite, the more we do and know, the greater our ability. What better word could describe two individuals who collectively have 4o years of building experience? In 2009 our team became stronger. Joining us was George Hatzisavva, a project manager who fit perfectly into our culture. His enthusiasm and added expertise has brought another dimension to our company's maturity.
