In 2011 Geek Monkey was founded to address a need for a flexible, cost-effective computer solutions company in the greater Bow Valley area of Alberta, Canada. Servicing both residential clients and small to medium businesses, Geek Monkey was built upon the principles of superb customer support and unsurpassed service, all while striving to maintain... rates priced below industry standards. As the economy started to slow towards the end of 2008, Geek Monkey quickly realized the need to maintain overhead costs at a bare minimum, and therefore was able to kept our hourly rates low. This was a huge factor for our early success. Coupled with a unique operational style, developed from servicing clients across an area of over 200km, Geek Monkey operates as a one-stop shop for all of our customer's computer related needs...anything from basic hardware to software development to network installations including the support to go with it. In mid-2011, Geek Monkey ceased it's Alberta operations and moved it's headquarters and repair facility to Mount Pearl Newfoundland and is now open to serving the people of the greater Mount Pearl area!
