ENGIE will vacate the T1 building earlier, allowing the company to start renovation work earlier, while ENGIE will save on service charges from the day employees leave until the end of the lease. The agreement covers T1 tower where ENGIE employees are located, while discussions continue regarding the B building, which is an independent building currently under sublease.
