The GDS Mobile Valuation System is a complete tool for valuers to utilize in generating their appraisal reports with having to spend minimal office time and more field work. They have full control in gathering data to create their reports by using their handheld devices. Every valuer can perform lot plot diagrams, take photographs in the field, access documents and all past valuation reports from a database for automated comparable analysis. All submissions are done instantaneously using wifi or mobile data. Because we use a system, all activities happening are monitored and recorded in real-time. This means, companies have access to performance reports, client queuing, score cards, and other reporting necessary for businesses to improve their processes.
