With Gator Couriers, he endeavored to generate an environment that was people-centric, providing his employees not just competitive rates, but also benefits. Such incentives garnered employee loyalty, decreasing turnovers and increasing the quality of his drivers. FedEx was the first major contract that Gator Couriers worked. But soon, more opportunities presented themselves, allowing the brand to grow from one truck to 16 trucks in less than two years.
