Professional Staff Gateway's Designated Broker and long time Shelton resident conducts business with knowledge, integrity and experience, while three employees and a receptionist help aid you in all your property management needs. Elizabeth Schultz, our Branch Manager, has been with Gateway Property Management since 2008. Elizabeth takes on managerial responsibilities and all accounting, including receipting rents and paying both vendors and owners. Jolene Martin is the Maintenance Manager and Marketing Coordinator. Her roles include advertising, receiving and ordering out maintenance, move out inspections, deposit dispositions and handling collections. Christal Roberts works as a Property Manager. She shows homes, meets new owners, screens rental applications, signs contracts with tenants and owners and does both move in and periodic inspections. Karla Hernandez, our receptionist, is fluent in both Spanish and English. She mans the front office and is able to translate forms and communicate with the growing Spanish speaking community.
