To ensure reliability we keep in touch with our clients regularly. Each week we issue a list of the jobs for the next week including a status check on jobs that are already live. This way we hope to reduce misunderstandings or confusion. Everything is backed-up in writing when we are dealing directly with landlords or tenants. We are competitively-priced, providing a great service with high quality reports at fair rates. When we work regularly for clients we give a 10% discount on all jobs if we are awarded three or more within the same month. We believe that customer service is paramount.
