Garza Program Management LLC was founded in January of 2002 as a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Richard P. Garza until December 2004. In the early years, we provided cost estimating services to architects and engineers and provided project management services to independent investors. In December 2004, the sole proprietorship was convert... ed to a Texas Limited Liability Company. In 2005, Garza Program Management was awarded a substantial contract with Washington Mutual Bank to manage and implement a program to develop, consolidate and dispose of data centers throughout the United States. Also in 2005, we were awarded a contract to manage a deferred maintenance program at Brookhaven College with Dallas County Community College District . Both of these clients propelled us into a growth mode. In 2006, Garza Program Management was awarded significant assignments with Ericsson and the AT&T Performing Arts Center. Ericsson asked us to help them consolidate their warehouse & repair operations in North Texas and the integration of the Entresphere Operations in the legacy Ericsson operations. AT&T Performing Arts Center asked us to provide them with cost consulting, project management for the Elaine D. and Charles A. Sammons Park and Silver Parking Structure and FFE procurement services for the Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House and the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre. In 2009, We were awarded a major contract with Jacobs Facilities on the 1.37 Billion dollar 2008 Dallas Independent School District bond program.Read More
