How our landscaping service works: You can contact Garden Solutions either by e-mail by e-mail or phone to arrange an initial site visit. We cover Ealing and large areas of London, so if you live in the London area we can help you! We can completely design your garden through our creativity or simply help you achieve your vision. During the initial... visit we will talk through your needs to understand what you want from your garden. We take measurements and notes to help us draw up a comprehensive quote. We will discuss the types of material you want, as well as the design costs. We will then design your garden and revisit to present the design. You will be able to ask questions, make changes and finalise your choice of material. Once the design has been finalised, we will then work out the cost of the build. We aim to supply a quote within seven working days of the initial site visit / completion of the design. The quote is broken down by task. Here at Garden Solutions, we pride ourselves on our speed and efficiency. We are contactable at all times if you have any questions or concerns. If the only way to access your garden is through your house, we cover the flooring and walls (where necessary) with protective sheeting. Payment is usually taken in stages.
