We hope you are happy with your order but if you need to return an item you need to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (R.A.N) before any goods may be... returned. Please call us on 03 9822 0977 or email us on garage@garagemelbourne.com with your name, purchase date, invoice number and the reason for the return and we will email you a R.A.N. Please print out the email containing the R.A.N and include it with your return. Returns must be shipped securely packaged and must be received by Garage within 10 days of the original order date at the following address: Garage Clothing Shop 12, 210 Toorak Road South Yarra, Victoria 3141 All garments must be returned in new and unused condition, unworn and unwashed with all the labels intact. New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the item or tags. Items with any indication that it was used will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend including insurance and using a service with online tracking, as Garage does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please also note that Garage cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash on Delivery (COD). We will process your request within 24 hours upon receiving the return package and an email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return. If the return is approved, the item will be exchanged or refunded using the original method of payment, excluding the delivery costs (unless the garments are faulty or not as ordered).
