Gallant Bicycles

Launched in March 2013, Gallant Bicycles is a Toronto bicycle company. Our custom, made-to-order bicycles are designed, painted, and assembled right here in downtown Toronto! In a time where well over 99% of bicycles are made overseas, we knew if we wanted to succeed with local manufacturing, we'd have to deliver something no one else could. Our po... wder coating capabilities allow us to deliver unique custom bicycles with distinctive character, and our direct sales model allows us to be price competitive with similar quality bikes made overseas. Our bicycles were designed specifically with the urban rider in mind. They are lightweight and durable, with an all-chromoly steel frame, and they are designed for easy maintenance and all-year riding, with a variety of gearing options - all internally geared with no external derailleur systems. Through our store at 678 Bloor Street West (and online), we're proud to offer Canada's largest selection of Canadian-made cycling products, including such brands as YNOT Cycle, Orontas, Marc de Storm, and others. Gallant Bicycles was created by Jason Wood and Tony Mammoliti. The partners also own YNOT Cycle, a locally-made brand of bags and other sewn products for urban cyclists.
