We use a macro and micro approach to look at the big picture, and all the details including gutters, downspouts, porches, decks, exterior flashings, sealants, drainage and site grading. We then move inside the building, and work our way up into the attic and finally the crawl space if applicable. While inside, we address such things as the structural integrity, the heating and cooling systems, the electrical and plumbing systems, the interior finishes, the insulation and ventilation, and accessories such as kitchen appliances and fireplaces.
