Presented as an interactive series of narrative attractions played out across New York State, Future Proof combines film, live theater, concerts, parties, online streaming, and VR to create the world's first fully trans-media experience. Future Proof is a commentary on the entertainment industry's endless desire to hold audiences' attention and the... continuous cycle of technological obsolescence that results from constant 'innovation' in a climate of attention deficit. And what better way to represent this impending toothless ethos and style than the cultural wasteland that was the 1980s? We lean heavily into the concepts of obsolescence and cultural excess, both through a close-to-reality fictional universe and aesthetic presentation. There are several core platforms that separate Future Proof from anything else on the market: An original IP and aesthetic best defined as "Silly Orwellian." A cast of characters that develop and interact with you over the course of the event to help push the narrative.
