We are a small design group, and all of our jewelry is handmade to order by artists in the USA. This means that your Funky & Fabulous jewelry will be made upon receiving your order, as opposed to having it mass-produced overseas. Because of this, pleases allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to be shipped (15 to 20 business days for custom des... igns and bridal jewelry). If you need any item(s) on a rush basis, please let us know at the time of your order in the "additional instructions" box, and we will try to accommodate you as best as possible. Once we've received you order, you will receive a confirmation email with order tracking information. Packages will usually arrive within 1-3 days from the shipping date. Upon receipt, all orders must be inspected immediately. Any problems must be reported to us within 24 hours, via email or over the telephone. If your purchase was damaged or lost, we will assist you with any information you may need in order to file a claim with the delivery carrier. We are not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost in transit. We are committed to keeping shipping/handling costs as low as possible, so all of our orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service.
