Full Spectrum Midwifery is a well established home birth practice serving families since 1995. It is owned and operated by Peggy Cohen, LM, CPM. Her assistants are Lindsey Gillies, LM, CPM and Shari Corr, massage therapist. We provide maternity care to women who are considered low risk and interested in planning a home birth. There are many ways a family can be actively involved in living a lifestyle that will grow a healthy baby. Likewise, there are many ways a family can be actively involved in the planning and execution of a natural healthy birth experience. We do all of these things together. Our approach is simple; we give you compassionate and appropriate assistance. We share information and encourage women to be connected to their bodies and follow their instincts. We monitor the course to assure that everything unfolds in a healthy fashion. If complications arise we have a depth of skills and equipment to address them. We collaborate with other providers and if necessary, we include them in the management of your care to ensure the safest and best birth.
