Full Circle Wellness

In working together, I hope to develop lasting relationships with my clientsand connect around the hope of an overall healthy and happy life (starting with a great massage or reiki session!) I named my business Full Circle Wellness because I think there are many components to self care that are unique to each and every one of us. Its not just one t... hing or one pill or one day at the spa that helps center you. I think its a culmination of better choices and a mindfulness (and kindness!) towards yourself, your health, and overall well-being. I see it as my goal to help you better connect to your full self: your body, your mind, and your spirit. Little known fact: I bought my first book on massage with my allowance at a Walden Books in the mall when I was just turning 13 years old. Id always loved to give foot rubs or back rubs to my friends but (of course) let that slip away when I went to get my bachelors degree. After many years working in publishing, marketing, and in nonprofits, my path to finding wellness finally started when I left my corporate-ish nonprofit DC job of marketing and major-event planning because, at the end of the day, my soul was not well. I left behind dreading Monday mornings for the chance to embrace nature on a farm in Northern California. I reconnected to a life that wasnt full of sirens and parties and light pollution that blocked the stars. My inner child LOVED swimming in the river, making dinner with friends, and exploring the natural beauty around me. Meditating, exercising, and stargazing became a priority and Id never felt happier or healthier! It was during one of our last days on the farm, splashing around the Eel River and chatting with friends that I thought: What if I could do massage? What if I could find a way to help people feel good, live a life that Im actually proud of, and take a little bit of stress out of this world?
