About FT Pipeline Systems
In the 1990s the company developed a way of welding steel water pipelines together without damaging the internal epoxy linings. It is called the E Joint system and is now used on every large diameter steel water pipeline in the UK, replacing cement lined steel pipes. The company has supplied thousands of pipes and fittings into the UK, all between 600mm and 2000mm diameter, to all the main UK water companies. The company's largest current schemes are 75% of the pipes being supplied to Anglian Waters SPA pipeline and all of the pipes being delivered to Northumbrian Waters TSM pipeline.Explore more
