We participate heavily in the in-house, wall-to-wall programs for major retailers where we are a 'preferred vendor' and recommended consistently to companies in search of reset help. FSA staff has developed an excellent rapport with our clients as well as with store management and wholesaler personnel. Because of the quality of our work and dedication to customer service, we have built our business on their recommendations to other regional manager's inside and outside of their organizations. Our staff has become the 'go to' team for projects that need experienced merchandisers. With or without plan-o-grams, we think on our feet, make informed 'at shelf' decisions and are often referred to as 'the cream of the crop' by our dedicated client base.
