Free Agents is committed to developing brands that connect with our clients and our clients' audiences. A big part of developing, enhancing and differentiating brands is research. FAM recently created a strategic planning team within the agency that develops customized market research designed to impact our clients' brands, campaigns and marketing... initiatives. FAM's strategic planners develop comprehensive, research-based plans and messaging for clients' communications initiatives. This team brings the "voice of the consumer" to our overall planning processes. The strategic planning team is led by Jessica Collins and includes Michael Litos and Kimberly Keate. Jessica is a senior strategist with an extensive background in research and planning. She is a graduate of UVA and earned her Master of Science in Communication with a concentration in Strategic Planning from the VCU Brandcenter. Jess has worked for national agencies and brands for clients such as Kellogg's, Playskool and Walmart. Kim is a junior planner who has been with FAM for two years, previously as a graphic designer. Kim has transitioned to the strategic planning team and will work to boost our research capabilities and strategic planning processes for our clients.
