Framey

"Framey Service" means the software application(s), code (in object or source code form, and instructions) provided by us, including any APIs and related documentation, data, content and services. The Framey Service is hosted by AOL and allows you to access the Framey Service remotely via the Internet to record Videos, manipulate your Videos into v... arious formats, publish such Videos to Your Product or other Destination, download such Videos to your own services, and generate reports regarding certain data relating to viewing of such Videos by end users. "User Credentials" means either the User ID or the API Key. "User ID" means a unique identifier issued by us that gives you access to certain features of the Framey Service. "Video" means a file containing information, data, text, software, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials, recorded using the Framey Service. "We," "us" or "AOL" means AOL Inc. and its corporate affiliates. "You" and "your" means both you and such person or entity on whose behalf you act, if any. "Your Product" means any product developed by you that is based upon, incorporates, references or interacts with the Framey Service, including without limitation, Web sites, online services or software applications on or through which Videos can be recorded and displayed. b. Changes to the Agreement. We may modify this Agreement at any time. You shall assume all responsibility in reviewing this Agreement periodically at http://framey.com/tos so that you will be apprised of any changes. If you continue to use the Framey Service after we post changes to these terms, you are signifying your acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with any changes to this Agreement, you must discontinue your use of the Framey Service and provide written notice to us, and all rights and licenses granted to you under this Agreement terminate immediately.
