We believe most plans rarely require a conversion. We don't believe your retirement plan is "broken" because you are not our client. A conversion from one vendor to another is costly in time as well as money and typically is not completed without a lengthy blackout or inconvenience to the plan participants. We do believe that it is likely we can identify adjustments for you to consider that will enhance your existing situation without changing vendors. We believe you should exhaust all of your options prior to considering a conversion to a different vendor. In reality, most plan sponsors do not conduct the necessary and ongoing due diligence to help safeguard themselves from a breach of their fiduciary duty.
