About Four Winds Farm
Located in beautiful Indian Valley in Plumas County, California, our farm features the unusual Jacob sheep breed. Our fleeces and wool products reflect a respect of nature and the ideal of sustainability. All our wool products are completely hand-processed. We are participating fiber producers in the Shave 'Em to Save 'Em Challenge program sponsored by The Livestock Conservancy. The program is promoting rare wool breeds and Jacobs are among the 22 listed heritage breeds that are endangered. Should be a great fiber experience for 2019! You can buy whole fleeces , sampler wool bags, or yarn for your projects. Read stories of our flock, past and present. Check the calendar for dates of shows and classes!
