Foundry Provisions

Established in 2013. We're a gathering place for neighbors and their dogs (on our patio), professionals, students and artists. We serve hot coffee, espresso drinks, pastries and light meals. We aim to highlight the talents of local artisans by displaying locally made art, serving locally produced goods (pastries, yogurts, cured and smoked meats, po... tato chips, locally roasted coffee), and by hosting local musicians on Friday evenings. Our baristas are friendly and love to serve people visiting Foundry Provisions. Plans to open a coffee shop on the corner of 16th and Alabama date back to the November of 2011 purchase of the Foundry building by brother owners seeking to use the adjacent building as office space. During the course of 2012, different options were explored; but concrete planning began in earnest in November of 2012. We opened on March 29, 2013 and were received with great enthusiasm - in particular - by the residents of the adjacent neighborhoods as well as artists and professionals who work within walking distance of our shop.Read More
