So, we founded FTI and set out to make it easier to deploy and less costly to maintain a PIV-I program certified by the U.S. Government. What makes our credentials better? Built on security standards pioneered by the military and adopted by the U.S. Government as a cornerstone of national security, PIV-I cards are not your average photo-ID. Each PIV-I card contains a microchip that securely stores cryptographic certificates used to verify the cardholders identity. Our credentials are built to the widely adopted PIV-I standard, and contain digital certificates that are cross-certified to the Federal Public Key Infrastructure, meaning your credentials can be easily validated and trusted by partners including Federal Government agencies like the Department of Education, the Transportation Safety Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.
