Foresight was established by Stephen Heaton and Paul Jones who both felt there was a gap in the market for a well organised, professional building company undertaking work ranging in value from £10,000 up to £1.5m throughout the North West of England. Foresight currently operate in the Residential, Commercial and Public sectors of the construction... industry and are building a reputation for excellence by providing a quality service and skilled workmanship on a diverse range of projects. At Foresight we take a customer focused approach, believing in creating relationships with all of our customers, suppliers and design teams and we pride ourselves on our non adversarial approach to construction. Our team of highly skilled, experienced tradesmen, include ground workers, builders, bricklayers, plumbers, electricians, joiners, roofers, plasterers and decorators - all of whom are Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) registered, City & Guilds qualified and hold Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards. We operate a strict pre qualification process which helps us to ensure the highest quality product is delivered on all of our projects, with the added benefit of being able to control the suitability, professionalism and politeness of our team. Foresight Building Services are members of the Guild of Master Craftsmen, Construction Line, NHBC and the NICEIC. We are currently undertaking our ISO 9001 and CHAS accreditations. Foresight undertake work under various forms of contract to suit our clients requirements, these include: Traditional Lump sum contracts, Re measurable cost plus contracts, Maintenance Term contracts and Design & Build contracts.
