Leepfrog Technologies is a Coralville, Iowa based software development firm who, in 2015, was in need of new Class A office space to accommodate their growing workforce. FOCUS began working with Leepfrog to identify a preferred site that could satisfy their desire to be in a central and convenient location and provide ample on-site parking at a price point that was in line with their budget. After selecting a site in the University of Iowa Research Park, the FOCUS and BTS team worked with ASK Studio architect to design and build a new 42,000 sq. ft. office building. FOCUS also recruited Bergan KDV, Voxello, and ProCircular as co-tenants in the building who occupy the second floor. FOCUS team members began working with BioLife Plasma Services in 2006 as developer and General Contractor, completing the first plasma donation center in Coralville, IA in 2007. Since the completion of the first center, Focus Real Estate Development, in concert with Build to Suit Inc, has managed the development, design and construction of over 40 new facilities for BioLife across the United States. Additionally, our team has completed over 20 interior renovations and maintenance projects for Bio-Life.
