Effective doing the right things, right Doug started in the seed industry in 1981 after 5 years managing a cash crop and feedlot farming operation in southwestern Ontario. From 1981 through to 2006 (25 Years), Doug worked for Syngenta and all of the legacy companies of Syngenta in the Seed Division. Legacy companies included: Ciba Geigy, Ciba, Novartis and Syngenta.
