Fran began her tax journey in the Buffalo area with a major tax franchise and was awarded "top performer" in her very first year. Before arriving in Buffalo, Fran was a volunteer tax preparer (VITA) for the IRS preparing returns for military families living overseas. Upon settling in the Buffalo area twenty-two years ago, Fran spent two years teach... ing aspiring tax preparers how to prepare tax returns. It quickly became apparent that it was time to create her own "Fran's Tax Service" to better serve tax clients that wanted a more personalized approach, along with expert advice. During this growth period of Fran's Tax Service, Fran was also working as a fundraising professional, raising money and managing donor relations for several of Buffalo's finest institutions.
